Reservation and Deposit
1. You must pay a non-refundable deposit when booking to hold your date.
2. Pay the rest of the money at least 7 days before your event.
Cancellation Policy
1. If you need to cancel, tell us at least 14 days before your event to avoid extra charges
2. If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, you will lose your deposit.
Site Requirements
1. Make sure the space for the nightclub is big enough and clear.
2. We need a power outlet close to the setup area unless you've arranged for a generator.
Safety and Use
1. Please follow all safety instructions for the nightclub.
2. Don't use the nightclub in bad weather like strong winds or heavy rain.
Damage and Liability
1. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse.
2. Please ensure everyone uses the nightclub safely as we are not responsible for accidents.
Changes to Booking
1. If you need to change any details like the date or place, tell us at least 7 days before your event. We'll see if we can accommodate the changes.
